Trading as a successful catering and event venue at the Grade 1 listed Kings Weston House in Bristol, Absolute Events (The Crew Café*) was developed as a response to requests from individual clients.

Our services include Outdoor Catering and Bars, Event Organisation and Project Management. We also offer a bespoke Corporate Service, Coordinating and Catering for Drinks Receptions, Product Launches and Corporate Events and Parties. Whatever your requirements, we have the skills to produce a successful event.

In 2005 we attended the Glastonbury Festival as caterers for Network Recycling and Oxfam operating a 24 hour catering and bar facility and supplying over 1,000 hot meals per day.

Following the success of this event, Mean Fiddler approached us to coordinate the Crew Catering at the Reading and Leeds Festivals. The short lead time in coordinating the events and the successful outcomes not only pays tribute to the skills and hard work of our dedicated professionals, but also demonstrates the bespoke service that we offer, both in lead up to the events and reacting to changes in requirements over the event period itself.

*Absolute Events trades under the name of ‘The Crew Café’ whilst at events. On sites you will find us serving a great selection of food and drinks in ‘The Crew Café’ marquee.
